Yes, we are pet friendly. There is a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee for each pet, not to exceed two pets. Also, pet rent is $10.00 due on the 1st day of every calendar month after that. Canine breed restrictions include but may not be limited to the following: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of those listed. The pet(s) weight cannot exceed 75 pounds in total. If the singular or combined weight is greater than 40 pounds, then a first-floor unit is required. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community.
